Discerners live in community, participate in our prayer life and volunteer side by side with us at summer camp. Daily formative moments offer discerners the opportunity to deepen their personal journey and learn about Salesian Spirituality. Summer Discernment Program Dates
June 22-June 28, 2025
HOSTING CAMP: St. John Bosco Summer Day Camp is located at St. John Bosco School/Convent on the west side of San Antonio, TX. This day camp operates Monday through Friday, from 8:00am to 5:00pm. Young adults and high school youth volunteer with us to serve 40-60 boys and girls ages 5 to 13. The camp offers daily visits to the Blessed Sacrament, weekly Mass, arts & crafts, spirit time, indoor/outdoor games, movies and more.

Summer Discernment Program Dates
June 29-July 5, 2025
HOSTING CAMP: Camp Auxilium is located at Salesian Sisters School/Convent in Corralitos, CA. This residential camp operates 24 hours a day with an opportunity for day campers to attend. Young adults and high school youth volunteer with us to serve 50-70 girls ages 6 to 14. The campers nourish their spiritual life by attending daily Mass and praying the Rosary. The camp offers various activities: archery, campfires, arts & crafts, outdoor games, evening activities, swimming and more.
